Terry Wetrosky

Terry Dean Wetrosky, age 72, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2026, in Sioux Falls, SD.

Terry was born on August 27, 1953, in Hawarden, Iowa, to Beverly (Wevik) and Clinton Wetrosky. He graduated from Beresford High School in 1971.

Terry lived life on his own terms. He loved following sports (especially the Yankees and the Raiders) and politics (especially Democrats), and was always ready for a good conversation about either. He enjoyed visiting local dive bars, catching up with friends, and spending time with the people he came to know around his apartment building.

He is survived by his three children, Lisa (Craig) Ringling, Geoff (Hal Brewster) Wetrosky, and Lynsey (Eric) Andal; four grandchildren, Connor (Bri) Ringling, Caden Ringling, Shaylen Andal, and Delainey Andal; two great-grandchildren, Allen Moulton and Frankie Ringling; his siblings, Nancy (Randy) Schaap, Pam (Randy) Heuer, Jerry (Marlene) Wetrosky, and Kim (Dan) Williams; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Beverly and Clinton Wetrosky, and his son, Tracy.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2PM on Monday, June 15, 2026 at Wass Funeral Home in Beresford.
