Sharon Crelly was born September 24, 1946 in Mitchell, SD to parents Raymond and Adrie (Trent) Paulsen. She died November 18, 2007 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD at the age of 61 years. Sharon attended school in Mitchell, SD. She married Thomas Crelly in May of 1963. The couple later moved to California and resided there for a few years. They moved back to Mitchell, SD and then moved to Beresford, SD in 1971. Sharon worked at Truck Towne and various other jobs. She has been employed at Caseys for the last 5 years. Sharon was baptized in the Methodist Church and later confirmed in the Lutheran faith. She was well known for the pies she made while working at Truck Towne. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, gardening, listening to country music, and spending time with her beloved grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, and step-mother Helen. Her survivors include her 4 children: Thomas Todd Crelly and wife Linette of Springville, NY, Brian Dean Crelly and wife Tammy of Centerville, Teresa Kay Haneklaus and husband Ray of Beresford and Josh Crelly and wife Candice of Centerville; 10 grandchildren; 2 brothers: Eugene Paulsen and Dennis (Sue) Paulsen all of Watertown; 2 sisters: Delores Schnarr of Bullhead City, AZ and Bev (Darrell) Hansen of Mitchell, SD; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 11AM, Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Beresford, SD. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4PM to 8PM with a prayer service at 7PM at Wass Funeral Home in Beresford.
