Mattie Mae Harvey, one year old daughter of Elizabeth Meyer and Rowdy Harvey, passed away in Campbell, MN on May 9, 2021.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Wass Funeral Home in Alcester, SD.

Mattie was born March 17, 2020 in Sioux Falls, SD.  Mattie was our world and we wanted to share some of her sweet likes and dislikes with you.  Her smile could brighten anyone's day and no matter who you were she loved you immediately but she loved her siblings more than anything.  She loved her Grandma and Grandpa's dog, Timber.  If she wasn't happy with something, she would be quick to tell you with a "raspberry", especially at bath time unless you were in there with her.   She loved to pull on beards and hair.  Her hair was the softest thing ever and she knew how to rock a fro-hawk.  You would think for how much she sucked her thumb, it was a dessert.  She loved to watch the musical show "Cocomelon" and she especially loved snuggles!!!!

Mattie is being welcomed into Heaven by her great-grandma Laurie, great-grandma Myrtle Mae and her great-grandpa Wayne.  She is survived by her parents, Rowdy Harvey, Alcester SD and Elizabeth Meyer, Ord, NE; her siblings, Abigail and Tuff Harvey, Alcester, SD; grandparents, Josh and Lisa Harvey, Alcester, SD, Cindy Overhulser, Campbell, MN, and Dale and Cheri Adams, Shelby, NE; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved her.
