Obituary

Machelle "Marcy" Renee Larson was born October 25, 1961 in Freeman, SD to parents Hensel and Arlene (Mandl) Bryenldson. She died January 31, 2012 at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD at the age of 50 years, three months and six days. She attended school and graduated from Centerville High School in 1979. Marcy worked at Good Samaritan Home in Centerville while in school and later at Bethesda in Beresford. She married Dale Arlyn Larson April 5, 1980. Three children were born to this marriage, Katie Warrington, Benjamin, Samantha and later a granddaughter, Taelyn Warrington who was the light of her life. Marcy's family was her life. She quietly suffered from fibromyalgia, which caused extreme daily pain, but she still made sure her family was taken care of. She began an angel collection with the untimely passing of Samantha in 1989. Marcy was a very thoughtful person and kept active at Komstad Church serving as a Sunday school teacher fro 28 years. She always remembered birthdays and enjoyed mailing cards to friends and loved ones. Her father, Hensel, and daughter, Samantha preceded Marcy in death. She is survived by her loving husband, Dale; children, Katie and Ben; mother, Arlene; two brothers, Craig and Doug Bryenldson; granddaughter, Taelyn; and several nieces and nephews including Laura Jensen who was a very special friend to her. Mother, you're an angel to me. Not everyone believes in angels, but I do; I have one of my very own, and I call her "Mom". Funeral services for Marcy will be 10AM Saturday, February 4, 2012 at Komstad Covenant Church in rural Beresford. Visitation will be Friday from 4-8PM at the church with the family present from 6-8PM with a prayer service at 7PM.
