Gerald Lee Christiansen was born on May 21, 1958 in Hudson, SD near Beresford, SD to parents Westley Christiansen and Loretta Henle Christiansen and entered into death November 19, 2024 at the age of 66 years 5 months and 28 days.

Gerald received his education in Beresford special education and graduated from Beresford High School.

He won many medals from Special Olympics.

Gerald was a very high functioning individual and he loved life. He would go camping, fishing, he loved to watch professional wrestling and imitated Elvis Presley with moves (trying to sing his songs but he couldn't carry a tune).

He loved his cat Morris and his dog Pebbles.

Gerald really loved his family; family was everything to him. He would help anyone who needed it.

We were very grateful to have Gerald in our lives.

Gerald is survived by his brother William and sister Joanne and many nieces and nephews.
