Garry Boswell, 75, died June 25, 2020 at her home in Beresford, SD.  She had requested no public services and her family is honoring her wishes.  She will be buried next to her parents in Beresford.

Garry was born July 17, 1944 in Estelline, SD to Ralph and Lillian (Strait) Boswell.  She graduated from Watertown High School and went on to receive her bachelor's degree at South Dakota State University.  She attended the University of South Dakota and the University of Milwaukee where she received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.  She worked as a parole officer for the State of South Dakota and the State of Wisconsin and later worked for the Human Services Center in Yankton.

Garry moved to Beresford in 2009.  She was an avid reader. She is survived by her sister, Judy Boswell, of Beresford, SD.
