Frank Eugene Marshall was born August 21, 1937 in Ainsworth Nebraska to Jesse Marshall and Percepta (Churchill) Marshall. He grew up on a farm north of Ainsworth, Nebraska, attended school in rural Brown County and graduated from Ainsworth High School in 1955. He was married to Marjorie Welke on June 23, 1963 in Norden, Nebraska.

After working at various jobs, he began working for Austin Auto Parts in Ainsworth and went on to own and manage the NAPA Parts store in Bassett. He retired from the business in 1999 and in 2010 Frank and Margie moved to Beresford, SD, to be closer to children and grandchildren.

Frank enjoyed golfing, camping, fishing, model railroads, and coffee with the guys. He was an active member of the Lions and the United Methodist Church.

Grateful for sharing his life are his wife, Margie; sons, Eugene (Janet) and Kelly (Paula) and daughter, Amy (Iain); eight grandchildren, his sister, Mary Ellen White; and his brother, Jesse Marshall. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.

Frank passed away on November 25, 2020. The family will be having a private ceremony, and plans are in the works for a celebration of Frank's life in 2021. Memorials can be made to the Beresford Ambulance Service, PO Box 469, Beresford, SD 57004.
