Eldean Wevik

Eldean H. Wevik was born February 16, 1931 in rural Beresford, South Dakota to Newton and Viola (Sommervold) Wevik. He died June 21, 2026 at his home in Beresford surrounded by family. A complete obituary will be added here shortly, please check back.

Funeral services will be 10AM Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at Roseni Lutheran Church, 47214 307th St, Beresford, SD 57004 with committal prayers and military honors to follow in the church cemetery. (Due to road work, map directions to the church from the east.) Visitation will be 5-7PM Monday, June 29th at Wass Funeral Home in Beresford with a prayer service at 7PM.
