FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS

Angela Jane Porter was born on December 24 ^th , 1976 in Thomasville, NC to parents Annette (Kindley) Lewis and Hubert Porter Jr.

Angela was the oldest of five siblings: three sisters including Crystal Porter of Beresford SD, Jennifer Vlastuin of Beresford SD, Jessie Porter (Paul Senst) of Gavin MN, and one brother Willie Porter of North Carolina.

Angela moved to South Dakota in 1987 with her mother, siblings and step-dad Clarence Lewis. Angela lived most of her life in South Dakota. Angela attended Beresford Elementary and then Beresford High School.

Angela lived in Sioux Falls about 2 years. She made many friends while she lived there. Angela was married to Donald Little in February 2001 in Elk Point, SD. They were married 7 years. They had two daughters, Britney Little and Kelsey Little. Angela also had two step-sons Michael Little and Douglas Little.

Angela loved her family, especially her daughters and her two grandkids Joseph Flying Hawk and Stormi Flying Hawk, who she loved spending time with.

Angela loved baby-sitting kids and did so most of her life. Friends kids or her siblings kids she loved them all. Angela liked to color, make bracelets and read her Bible. She loved God. She was always saying "God Is Good", especially the last couple of years.

Angela was diagnosed with congestive heart failure a little over a year ago. She also suffered from complications of type two diabetes.

Angela passed away unexpectedly on Sunday morning December 4 ^th , 2022 at her home in Beresford, SD. Angela was preceded in death by her step-dad Clarence Lewis, Grandfather Henry Kindley, and two nephews Kaleb Willam Hill and Timothy Vlastuin.

Angela leaves behind her grandmother Willie Davis of Thomasville, NC. A special aunt Tracy Kindley of Thomasville, NC. Her mother Annette Lewis, father Hubert Porter Jr. three sisters Crystal Porter of Beresford SD, Jennifer Vlastuin of Beresford SD, Jessie Porter (Paul Senst) of Gavin MN, one brother Willie Porter of North Carolina. Two nieces Ally Senst, Zoey Porter, six nephews Dillon Vik, Brayden Porter, Bryson Porter, James Dykshorn, Cody Porter, and Jared Vlastuin. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles and many cousins.

Angela was a beautiful, sweet and giving soul that loved to help. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
